LITERARY/ AUTHORS TENT
A large tent with side panels will house our authors. Each author is supplied an eight foot table and two chairs. Easel or floor displays, supplied by author, must be located directly behind author’s table.
DEADLINES and NOTIFICATIONS
Application Deadline is January 12, 2010
Acceptance notifications will be mailed by January 26, 2010
Fees are due by February 11, 2010

3. Two Autographed Copies of Book for fund raiser. Due at beginning of show.
