DEADLINES and NOTIFICATIONS
Application Deadline is December 1, 2011
Acceptance notifications will be mailed by Dec 15, 2011
Booth fees are due January 1 , 2012
TENT OPTIONS AND DISPLAY
Authors have the option of a single 10x10 tent or sharing a 10X10 tent with another author. Each author is supplied an table and two chairs. Easel or floor displays, supplied by author, may displayed.
SHOW STANDARDS
1. An accepted application is a commitment to show. No refund will be made for cancellation.
2. Under no circumstances will stand-in exhibitors be permitted.
3. Authors must exhibit the full hours of the two (2) days of the show.
4. No electricity will be provided for exhibitor area.
5. The OBFOA reserves the right to reject the display of any work deemed inappropriate.
9. Exhibitors must collect Orange Beach City, Alabama State, and Baldwin County Sales Tax.

1. Completed Application
4. Booth Fee $150.00 for a solo tent, $75 for a shared tent.
3. Two Autographed Copies of Book for fund raiser. Due at beginning of show.
