BOOTH SPACES
All spaces are 14’x14’. We will make every effort to meet your needs. Artists must provide their own display booths, racks, tables and should be prepared for the possibility of inclement weather conditions. Exhibitors may set up on Friday, March 9 from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Completed Application
2. Four digital images; three of work, one of booth set up
3. $25 non-refundable jury fee
4. $150 booth fee
Artists are juried by submitted digital images: three images of current work & one of booth display.
2011 Award Winners will be automatically accepted in to the show upon receipt of a completed application and booth fee.
ENTRY FEES
$25 Jury Fee - The Jury Fee is Non-refundable and due at the time of application.
$150 Booth Fee - The Booth fee will be due 15 days after acceptance notifications are mailed. An accepted application is a commitment to show. No refund will be made for cancellation.

SHOW STANDARDS
1. An accepted application is a commitment to show. No refund will be made for cancellation.
2. Under no circumstances will stand-in exhibitors be permitted.
3. Artists must exhibit the full hours of the two (2) days of the show.
4. Commercially manufactured items such as ceramics made from commercial molds,
antiques, sand art, or kits are not acceptable. All items must be made by the artist.
5. 75% of work displayed must be originals, reflective of images submitted for the jury and for sale. Photo-offset reproductions of originals may be displayed, but must be designated as such.
6. No space can be shared. A “multi-person” team producing a single product may qualify as a single exhibitor.
7. No electricity will be provided for exhibitor area.
8. The OBFOA reserves the right to reject the display of any work deemed inappropriate.
9. Exhibitors must collect Orange Beach City, Alabama State, and Baldwin County Sales Tax.
