DEADLINES and NOTIFICATIONS
Application Deadline is December 1, 2011
Acceptance notifications will be mailed by Dec 15, 2011
Booth fees are due January 1 , 2012
SHOW STANDARDS
1. An accepted application is a commitment to show. No refund will be made for cancellation.
2. Under no circumstances will stand-in a food vendor be permitted.
3. Food Vendors must be open the full hours of the two (2) days of the show.
5. The OBFOA reserves the right to reject the display of any signage deemed inappropriate.
9. Exhibitors must collect Orange Beach City, Alabama State, and Baldwin County Sales Tax.

2. Booth Fee:
Under 10 linear feet ….$200
Under 15 linear feet …. $300
Under 20 linear feet …. $400
3. Health Permit Fee $ 50.00
