Spin Effects
Jay Everett started Hooping in 2009 and have been on a mission ever since. My ultimate goal is to show people no matter what age, sex, or body type you have Hooping might just be what you need in your life. The health benefits are secondary to the fun you have while doing it. Burning up to 600 calories an hour, relieving stress, great core exercise, brings your left and right brain together, it goes on and on. The older we get playing is not apart of daily routine, we get stuck in the grind of day to day. Hooping is a great way to bring a fast smile and take your mind away from the world around you and create a new world spinning around you. I have been making hoops for people over the past year and consider the hoops I create to be art as much as a fitness and a dance tool. I get a joy that is indescribable when ever I make a hoop for some one, because I know what it will unlock with in them. The hoop has been known to release the feelings of falling in love for the first time. I have been blessed to have had the hoop come into my life and really enjoy bringing it to others.
